[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Refactor Create Method

Hi,

I am using MonoDevelop 2.8.6.3 in Ubuntu 12.04 and is wondering if someone
can advise me whether or not it is possible to change the accessibility of
refactor created new method.

If I have use Refactor > Create Method from a public C# method, the newly
created method defaults to public, which is most situations are wrong; if I
do it from a protected method, the new method assumes protected. Is it
possible to change it to private.

Also, as happened in Visual Studio 2005 onwards, newly created class assume
internal visibility instead of public.

If this issue has been rectified in version MonoDevelop 3.x, then I will
have to wait.
