[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 3.0.x on Mac - Memory leak

Hello

I have a bit problem .. since some time my Monodevelop is leaking badly.
With every debug it adds about 100+ MB to the memory which never gets
released.
It grows until the memory is full, then it starts swapping.
I have no idea how to profile this ... can you help me out?
The only thing that works is to turn MD on and off every 30mins - 1 hours.

I am using MD on Mac - Snow Leopard
Debugging the GTK enabled application on GTKsharp 2.12

On some forums I have found out that it can be related to the use of GTK
3.0.0, but I think my MD is using version 2, but am not sure.
