[MonoDevelop] Messagebox

With the SDK for Android, is there the equivalent of a Messagebox, that has a
yes, no, cancel button, like the standard Messagebox in the Windows OS?

If so, can someone please point me to some code as to how to use it? Or post
some simple code in this forum post?
