[MonoDevelop] Gendarme integration

Hi, I've found a MonoDevelop.CodeAnalysis.Gendarme in the MonoDevelop
codebase (under extras/MonoDevelop.CodeAnalysis).

How can enable such tool?
Is it still maintained? Most of files there are 2 years old (
