[MonoDevelop] Compiler not found: g++

First check that your Cygwin installation is really finished and your
compiler works. Seeing the binaries often is not sufficient. Write your
hello.c and compile :-)) with the compiler. Often an entry in the PATH
variable is missing.
When this works..MonoDevelop should also work fine with the compiler. Same
with MinGW...
