[MonoDevelop] Break only on unhandled exceptions

Is there an equivalent setting in MD to Visual Studio exceptions "Break on
user-unhandled"?

I know I can choose specific exception types to break on. If I choose
'System.Exception', the debugger breaks on all *thrown* exceptions. But I
would like to break only on user-unhandled exceptions.

Is this possible?
