[MonoDevelop] How to deploy application on Linux that is Built on MonoDevelop 3.0 for Windows

Hi All

I am developing a project using Monodevelop 3.0 (latest ) on windows.

But I want my application to be hosted on Linux.Can anyone please confirm if
it is possible to do & if yes how can i create a package/deployment files
and steps to be performed on Deployment on Linux Server.
