[MonoDevelop] Build problem with MonoDevelop 3.0

Hi,

I upgraded to MonoDevelop 3.0, and installs failed to all devices with a provisioning profile error - I couldn't upload to a device from MonoDevelop, QA couldn't install through iTunes etc - switching back to 2.8.8.4 (which I had to guess the download because you don't provide previous download links) meant it all worked again.

Figured you'd want to know.
