[MonoDevelop] Document Outline Pad sorting & grouping

That's strange though, it looks like this for me (note version 2.9.6):

By the way, I'm using the Mono-D addin for the D language. I don't know if
this addin could somehow affect the appearance / behaviour of the Document
Outline pad? I presumed not, but I don't know for sure.

Also, in case it's relevant, I installed MonoDevelop from source, cloning
the repository git://github.com/mono/monodevelop.git.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
