[MonoDevelop] Document Outline Pad sorting & grouping

Hi,

I just upgraded to MonoDevelop 2.9.6 (from an old 2.6.something version I
think), and one of the main features I was looking forward to was the
sorting & grouping of items in the document outline pad (as mentioned here:
http://monodevelop.com/Download/What%27s_new_in_MonoDevelop_2.8).

However the Document Outline pad is exactly as it was in my older version of
MonoDevelop -- the sorting & grouping is nowhere to be seen! :)

Anyone know what happened to that feature?
