[MonoDevelop] Set Different Start Up Page when Running Project

I've googled around and searched this forum for this with no luck. I'm using
MonoDevelop 2.8.8.3 on Win7 and Ubuntu 11.10.

Is there a way to set a different start page from the default Default.aspx
page when I Run or Run with debugging in the IDE for an ASP.NET project?
This would be analogous to right-clicking an .aspx file in Visual Studio and
selecting "Set As Start Page".
