[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop windows runs xsp4 when debugging even though projects are targeting .net runtime 4

Guys

Can anyone tell me can you debug your asp.net app from monodevelop for windows, while targeting .net 4 runtime. I have monodevlop 2.8 installed.

When I debug it runs xsp2 as opposed to xsp4 therefore trying to load the .net 2 dlls and failing with an error mentioning that the version of the dlls build target a newer version of the runtime.
