[MonoDevelop] Problem debugging monodevelop 2.8 on windows with .net 4 runtime

How do I do that? Does xsp4 come with the windows installer for monodevelop 2.8? There is no reference to xsp4 in the settings for the solution or project? 

Do I need to install and configure it separately?
