[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop autoupdate and NUnit slow

That's right, I understand if the Monodevelop source were modified by 
the distro to avoid autoupdating. However the autoupdate functionality 
doesn't work even if I download the source code of Monodevelop and 
compile it myself.
