[MonoDevelop] CSharpCodeGenerator.AddGlobalNamespaceImport vs local

It was the CSharpFormattingProfileDialog I think. Although embarrassingly enough, when I go to it I can quite clearly see the designer tab at the bottom of it and the designer appears to work fine.

Sorry for that - must not have been thinking straight the other day.
