[MonoDevelop] Stetic on 3.0.x cannot add signal handles on any platform

I do see the same problem. Could you please file an Bug-report on that?
MD states to send some report to Ximian but an real bug-report might be
better.

To add ner signal handlers just create them in source and add the name
in stetic designer. The problem seems to arise only if the handler does
not exist and MD is about inserting it into source.
