[MonoDevelop] Latest build broken?

I rolled back commits until I stopped getting exceptions (note that the
commit hash in the original email was after one days rollback). Once back
to May 24th: 7b059fffea0f7216, I stopped getting the exceptions and things
are working again. Sometime between: May 30th: 5599d037a9c2cd and May 24th
broke MD for me.
