[MonoDevelop] Do you my contributions?

Hi Jay,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

I don't think it should be an issue, the rule was more for Mono class
libraries.

Hopefully Michael Hutchinson or Lluis Sanchez will be able to reply more
definitively.
