[MonoDevelop] Strange delay when creating new projects

Hi!

When a new project is created, for some reason, there is a hang of about  
30 seconds. This doesn't occur with core projects, but with the Haxe  
add-in.

It doesn't seem to be doing anything special. Just a template file, and a  
base project class.

Does anyone have pointers for finding what may be the problem?
