[MonoDevelop] monodevelop on mac missing mvc3 project template

Hi John,

The templates are dependent on MVC 3 being installed. If you're using Mono 2.10.x, MVC3 isn't included with the distribution. Mono 2.11.x includes the MVC3 assemblies and the project templates should show up there.
