[MonoDevelop] ASP.NET MVC 3 Project Template

Hi, 
  I downloaded the latest version from github but I don't see MVC 3
project template. I checked the code and find out that there is a
condition <Condition id="AssemblyInstalled" name="System.Web.Mvc"
minVersion="3.0.0.0"> is it necessary this condition I copied the MVC 3
assemblies from Microsoft .NET and I added them in MONO_PATH, but still
I don't see MVC3 Project template.
