[MonoDevelop] Addin manager in md 2.8.5

I want to install source control addin and can't find it in the adding
manager. Only GTK addins are available here. How can I enable source control
addin? Or all addins were disabled in md 2.8 like semantic highlighting?

Maybe there is a way to download addins and install it manually? In this
case where can I find them?

Ubuntu 10.04, Monodevelop 2.8.5 (from badgerports) 
enabled repositories:
