[MonoDevelop] ASP.NET Visual Designer

According to the website of ASP.NET Visual Designer, it is supposed to come
pre-packaged with MonoDevelop, but I have just installed MonoDevelop (using
software center of Ubuntu) but I cannot find the designer view. Do I need
to install some add-in for this?
