[MonoDevelop] build monodevelop under windows

Hi,

I try to build monodevelop over windows to have it at my office but it is
not possible because each time I download dependancy from this page:
http://monodevelop.com/Developers/Building_MonoDevelop#Windows

I have a bug with Mono libraries package .

The link is http://monodevelop.com/files/Windows/MonoLibraries.msi . But I
only get this message:


HAVP - Acces refusé

L'accès à cette page vous a été refusé

car ce virus a été détecté :

Clamd: Broken.Executable


Can someone post a new executable witch is not broken.
