If you are going to package your own product in the official
repository, it shouldn't be too hard to create a package for
System.Data.Sqlite also. It's likely that the only reason it isn't
there already is because no one has had a need strong enough to create
a package.

If you provide a standalone binary download of your application, you
can of course just include the precompiled System.Data.Sqlite.dll.
