[MonoDevelop] Feature Request: Beefing up property pad

Is he not referring to the context menu attached to the Solution pane or is
there another place which contains a 'Build Action' entry which I'm not
aware of? The solution pane does support multi-select for some properties,
so if Build Action does not support it, it should be trivial to make it
support it. I have not checked myself to see exactly what is supported, i
thought this was already supported though.
