[MonoDevelop] Visual Basic and Silverlight

Hi Pablo,

MonoDevelop only has a visual designer for GTK#, and at the moment it's only available for C#. In terms of Silverlight, there is support for Moonlight/Silverlight projects, but no designer, and it requires some legwork to get the Moonlight SDK installed on !Windows platforms. On Windows, I can't say for sure.
