[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 3.0.5 not running on windows

Just re-installed it again to see if restarting would work, its a no-go.

I have this at the beginning of my PATH variable:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GtkSharp\2.12\bin;

Are there be any other system/user variables required to get it running?
