[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 3.0.5 not running on windows

Mono-develop is not running on windows 7 x64

I installed both of these, .net 4.0 MT is already installed, which includes
3.5 as far as i know.
*gtk-sharp-2.12.10.win32
MonoDevelop-3.0.5*

Someone please help me fix this.
