[MonoDevelop] undefined symbol: g_thread_supported

I received this error while upgrading SLE 11 SP1 to monodevelop 3.0.3.
Downgrading gtk-sharp2-complete to 2.12.10-95.4 corrected the problem. Hope
this helps point others in the right direction.
