[MonoDevelop] Refactoring key bindings?

Ah, it is a "Quick Fix" now. I'll try to remember that.

Are the individual key bindings ever going to come back? I don't know
about others, but I like being able to know just one key combination for
a specific action, rather than knowing I want to extract a local
variable and having to Quick Fix and then look at the list of what is
available and where it appears in the list.

Thanks.
