[MonoDevelop] TeamAddins and MonoDevelop 3

Is anyone successfully using TeamAddins (aka Team Foundation Server Add-in)
with MonoDevelop 3.0.3.5?

When I try to create a repository (read: workspace), the Repository
Configuration dialog alternately freezes or prints "attribute value was not
quoted" in the window's output pane.

Ideas?
