Intellisense is not quite as in VS, but You have to admit it is better 
than nothing.
Besides behind MD there is no big company like MS and the guys are doing 
excellent job.
Have You tried 2.9.5 with Andorid Desinger it helps a lot. I have the 
same problem with
getting to know platform (Android Layouts) to find each 
propperty/setting (attributes in
xml).
So what I do - I use Designer (3-4 days ago it was DroidDraw) and then 
google...

Believe me Eclipse is ahead of DroidDraw, but this Designer will be 
until late summer
way in front of both native designers for Android...
