[MonoDevelop] Required RAM size for MonoDevelop IDE-reg

Dear All,  
           
      Now these days, I am running "OutOfMemory Exception" in MonoDevelop
IDE 2.8.8.4 stable release. Is there any Memory Leak problem in this
release? If so, How to over come this?  
I use following System configuration:
      4 GB Ram
      Windows 7 sp1
(In my machine, OpenSuse OS also installed.) I use windows MonoDevelop only.
Without opening MonoDevelop IDE,my system takes 1.3 GB Ram. after openning
MonoDevelop IDE, it consumes RAM more than 1.5 GB then it is throwing
"OutOfMemory Exception" on occupying 1.5 GB memory.
I opened simple web application 20 kb project.
