[MonoDevelop] System Hardware requirement for MonoDevelopIDE- reg

Hello Jeff Stedfast,
                      Thanks for your information. I am still having
"OutOfMemory Exception" in MonoDevelop 2.8.8.4 IDE consuming more than 1.5
GB Ram on loading a project. Even though I have a 4 GB, It pops up
"OutOfMemory Exception" on consuming 1.5 GB memory of Ram.
