[MonoDevelop] Could not load file or assembly 'Mono.Posix' (Windows-specific Error)

So I'm not 100% sure, but i think in Windows Mono.Posix should not be
avaliable. A posix specific lib in Windows makes no sense since Windows is
just not a Posix conform os. See
