[MonoDevelop] Update "Addin Development Basics" with new install path

Hi Joshua,

Thanks for pointing these things out. I just tried to fix these things in
the wiki but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to edit any of the
pages. Logging in only seems to allow me to add comments.

I'll try to poke Lluis when he's around, maybe he has permissions to edit.
