[MonoDevelop] Gtk.Window could not be loaded with Monodevelop 2.4 on Ubuntu 11.04

I deleted the solution and rebuilt it and the problem went away.

I am just guessing, but somewhere in my flailing the problem was fixed, but
program continued to fail because of some directive/pragma(?) compiled into
the binary.
