[MonoDevelop] Please install mono version 2.8

Thanks for the quick reply.  Yes, it's MonoDevelop 2.6.  The O/S is PCLinuxOS
Gnome Zen-Mini 2011.  For what it's worth, the reason I'm building both Mono
and MonoDevelop from source is because the MonoDevelop in the repos (2.4)
doesn't save setting the deploy directory for my .desktop file (and so when
I package my own app, its .desktop file incorrectly installs to the default
application directory).  Hope this makes sense...
