[MonoDevelop] Extend the project model addin for my project type do not work

Hi!

I need to create an extension for a new MonoDevelop type Projects. Using the
documentation, I created a  C# project and identified the necessary classes.
I also created addin.xml and xpt.xml. After building and installing my
"addin" appears in AddinsManager but not in the project templates to create
new Projects. Tell me where I go wrong?
