[MonoDevelop] GTK# references for MD 2.8.1 on ubuntu 11.10

I believe that if you want monodevelop 2.8 in ubuntu 11.10 your best bet is
to get directhex to add it to badgerports.
I hear he works for rum these days so you might want to try that.
