[MonoDevelop] Monitor.Wait return false immediately on Mono Runtime

I use mono2.10.5. It is the latest version.

  I can't replicate this behaviour, using the code you've provided - it's working as expected on my version of Mono.  Have you tried upgrading your Mono installation?
