[MonoDevelop] Commitin files from two different projects

The projects are all under version control, within each project I can
commit from monodevelop flawlessy. Only the solution appers to not
recognize that fact.
I assume that this is so, because originally, when I started the
solution, I published and commited all the manually in the command line
and only told monodevelop about it later on.
Do you know of a way, to fix this?

cheers
Mathias
