[MonoDevelop] Access to path ~/.recently-used denied

This file (not folder) should be irrelevant and is should not cause this
problem. What exactly happens when you try to create a solution? Would you
be able to create a screencast (using www.techsmith.com/jing.html or
similar) to show us exactly what is going wrong? Can you also attach the
MonoDevelop.log file from ~/Logs/MonoDevelop-2.8/MonoDevelop.log from right
after creating a solution fails?
