[MonoDevelop] MacOSX Lion + MonoDevelop 2.8.2 + Mono for Android not installed

Hi,

Can you click on MonoDevelop -> About MonoDevelop and copy/paste the
contents of the Version Info tab to an email? Can you also run MD,
reproduce the crash and then attach the log file found at
~/Library/Logs/MonoDevelop-2.8/MonoDevelop.log. Finally, are you running a
case sensitive file system?
