[MonoDevelop] MacOSX Lion + MonoDevelop 2.8.2 + Mono for Android not installed

Let me grab my laptop and check a couple of things. This is definitely very
strange, I could've sworn the check in MonoDevelop was essentially
something like:

public static bool MonoForAndroidInstalled = Directory.Exists
("/Developer/MonoAndroid");

I'll get back to you with more info soon!
