[MonoDevelop] Problem typing single quote and double quote on osx

It is exactly this problem....

I can confirm that the workaroud of using us only keyboard layout works ok.

I also remember that this started to occur since I upgraded Mono from
2.10 to 2.10.4.

On 2.10 it used to work ok on Monodevelop.

I'll keep an eye on that bug and see how it develops...
