[MonoDevelop] open .cs file

I installed the 2.8.2 version. Opening .cs file give me the same issue but
now the message is:

Failed to convert content from UTF-8 to UTF-8: Invalid byte sequence in
conversion input.


However if I remove all comment in my files monodevelop have not
problem......I just only spend one hour with the selection-delete command in
my .cs files.....

can this be a bug?
