[MonoDevelop] Code templates location

Hi

Our primary development environment is VS on windows, but part of the
team works on Linux and MacOSX. There are quite a lot code snipetts,
usually written in VS, but would like to use them in MonoDevelop.

Where do Code Templates reside in MonoDevelop?

  * for Linux
  * For MacOSX  (if Different from Linux)
  * for Windows

Are Code Templates separated on system wide (default VS) and user
defined

%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC#\Snippets\
