[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Distributions (was GTK# references for MD 2.8.1 on ubuntu 11.10)

Hey Andres :)

Personally, I'm just interested in being able to compile MD from trunk on
ubuntu 11.10. From what I've read here, it appears that this isn't the case
at the moment, but until I get some time on the weekend I can't confirm.

I'll report back here when I get the chance with my findings
